Memorial Day Weekend

For Memorial Day weekend we got to go to Steve and Suzanne's cabin in Ouray, Colorado with them and Robyn and Ryan's family. We had so much fun. We rode up with Robyn and Ryan in their nice Durango with a DVD player. Needless to say we saw a lot of Buzz Lightyear and Woody :) For lunch we stopped at a little resturant in Green River and ate at a park so the kids (and the adults) could run around.

After a few more Disney movies we were there and we could finally answer Lilly's "Are we there yet?" question in the affirmative. It was so beautiful up there in the mountains and suprizingly warm. We stayed outside as much as we could and then that evening went and had dinner at Buen Tiempo, a really yummy Mexican place in town. After we went and got some ice cream!

The next day was all about 4-wheeling! Lilly was so excited. From the second we pulled in to the driveway whe was asking when we were going to go on the 4-wheelers. So Bryson, Ryan, Lilly, and I packed up and hit the trails. Here are some pictures. There was still tons of snow so we couldn't go too far up the trails but we had lots of fun in the puddles.

The rest of the time up there we relaxed, played games, played with the dogs, ate, and enjoyed being with family. All of the boys (including Clark) helped install a microwave above the stove. It was an adventure but eventually they got it working! It was a great vacation and we are so grateful to Steve and Suzanne for letting us come up!
